 Carillon Beach is alive this weekend with artists, wine, ice-sculpting, cook-offs, wine, brunch, live music, wine, beautiful views, wine, ocean breezes and... uh wine.  With temperate spring weather finally gracing our area the Wine Over Water Event will take place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday just west of Panama City Beach at the Village of Carillon Beach.  This year's featured artist is Dominique Williams, whose impressionist-style paintings will be available for viewing along Market Street with various other local artists.  Area sommeliers will demonstrate wine pairings and over 50 wines will be available during the Grand Wine Tasting.  For a full schedule of events go to http://wineoverwater.net.
