What is Bowl for Kids’ Sake?
Bowl for Kids’ Sake is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida’s largest annual fundraising campaign. It is not about the bowling, it is about taking part in a fun activity to help our local kids in need!
You, your friends, family, colleagues, neighbors and co-workers. People across the community put together bowling teams and ask for pledges. Many add to the fun by challenging others to friendly fundraising competitions. Then, they come and settle the score at Rock’It Lanes on Saturday, June 7th.
How Do I Get Involved?
Once you have committed to become a team captain, gather 3-5 additional team members. Register your team online and then you will be able to set up a fundraising team website that you can email friends and family from for donations! Register at the link above or (850) 763-5437.
How Does it Work?
Each bowling team consists of 4-6 people
Each team registers online at http://bay.kintera.org/
Each team is asked to raise a minimum of $50 per team member. On average, it costs $1,000 to make and support a Big/Little match for one year! The amount raised can be turned in at the event, so there is plenty of time to get creative and raise funds for a great cause!
The team captain selects their team’s preferred bowling shift:
Saturday, June 7, 2014 @ 10:00 AM or 12:30 PM
Finally, your team comes out to Bowl for Kids’ Sake! Each team bowls two games; shoes included, prizes, music, and lots of FUN!
Please note that on many events, the end times are estimates due to the source only showing start times.
Please contact the event venue or organizer for precise end times if needed.
